I booked one night, how can I cancel it?
You have up to 3 days prior to arrival date to cancel free of charge.
In case of cancellation within 3 days, the amount of the night will be charged as fees.
Is the deposit refundable?
According to the Consumer Code, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, it will be lost.
Article 1590 of the Civil Code (created by the law 1804-03-06 promulgated on March 16, 1804): "If the promise to sell has been made with a deposit paid each of the contractors is master to dispose of it, the one who gave it by losing it, and the one who received it, by restoring double the amount. I booked one or two nights in the off-peak period, how do I cancel my reservation?
If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
I booked two or more nights in high season, how do I cancel my reservation?
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged (this corresponds with the deposit charged at the time of booking).
If canceled or modified later, 100% of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
